1. Definitions and Interpretation
In these terms and conditions ("Terms"), the following words and phrases are used with the meanings stated below:
- "Platform" means the bdt83 website (https://bdt83.cam) and all its associated services, applications and tools.
- "User" or "You" means any person who has registered on the bdt83 platform or is using the services.
- "Company" or "We" means the operating entity of bdt83.
- "Account" means the user's personal registered profile.
- "Bonus" means all monetary and non-monetary rewards granted by the platform.
- "Bet" means the amount of money staked to participate in a game.
- "Turnover" or "Wagering" means the total amount of bets required to make a bonus eligible for withdrawal.
By registering on or using the bdt83 platform, you are considered to have automatically agreed to all of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
To open an account and participate in games on the bdt83 platform, a user must meet the following requirements:
2.1 Age Requirement
Only individuals aged 21 or above may register on bdt83 and use the services. We may request identity documents at any time to verify age. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Self-Exclusion
If a user wishes to voluntarily exclude themselves from their account, they may contact our support team to activate self-exclusion.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Your name, date of birth, email address and contact details must be correct. Providing false or misleading information will be considered a violation of these Terms.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out using your account. If you believe your account details have become known to a third party, immediately notify our support team and change your password.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
bdt83 may carry out an identity verification process (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any time. This process may include verification of a government-issued identity document, proof of address and payment method. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit amount on bdt83 is ৳300. We currently accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may be extended in cases involving KYC verification or a security review.
4.3 Payment Method Consistency
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an alternative method approved by the Company. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
4.4 Currency and Fees
bdt83 operates in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transaction fees do not apply in most cases; however, specific payment providers may apply their own charges, for which the user is solely responsible.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
bdt83 offers new users a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, the combined amount of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 20 times (20x).
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if the conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Another bonus cannot be activated while a bonus offer is active, unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance — it will only be converted to withdrawable funds after the wagering conditions are met.
- The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus at any time at its discretion.
5.3 VIP Cashback Program
bdt83's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week; Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week; Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week. Promotion to a higher tier is determined based on the user's activity and contribution.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
If a user attempts to claim bonus benefits unfairly — such as using multiple accounts, matched betting or any other manipulative method — bdt83 may cancel the bonus and close the account.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Rules
Each game available on bdt83 has its own rules. It is the user's responsibility to read the relevant game rules before playing. Game outcomes are determined by the provider's server (such as Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft) and the Company has no involvement in this.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a technical error, disconnection or system failure occurs during a game or payment process, bdt83 reserves the right to void the relevant round or transaction. Any winnings incorrectly received as a result of an error will be reclaimed.
6.3 Sports Betting
Betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi and other sports is conducted according to standard rules. If a match is abandoned, suspended or rescheduled, the Company will settle bets in accordance with the applicable policy.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt83 platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of a third party.
- Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources (money laundering).
- Using bots, scripts or automated software to play games.
- Exploiting any error or vulnerability in a game or the system for unfair advantage.
- Colluding with or placing coordinated bets with other users.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
- Operating an account under a false identity.
- Harassing, threatening or unduly influencing other users.
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and legal action may be taken if necessary.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Company's Rights
bdt83 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Suspicion of illegal activity.
- Non-cooperation with the KYC verification process.
- An order from a court or regulatory authority.
8.2 User's Rights
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining funds must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
9. Responsible Gaming
bdt83 firmly believes in responsible gaming. We place the highest priority on the mental and financial wellbeing of our users.

The logos and content of game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt) are the property of their respective companies.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdt83 is not liable for the following:
- Any loss caused by internet connection disruption.
- Loss caused by a fault in third-party software or a payment provider.
- Loss resulting from unauthorised use of an account.
- Service disruption caused by a natural disaster or force majeure event.

13.3 Final Decision
The company's final decision on game results and technical matters will be binding, unless clear evidence of error is found.
14. Terms & Conditions Changes
bdt83 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For any significant changes, we will publish a notice on the platform or inform you via your registered email.
